Title: DevOps Engineer
Description:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a deep interest in and passion for technical design,cloud-based platforms, and problem solving; someone who likes to analyze and build things, identifies areas for improvement, and strives for continuous integration and automation.
Were looking for someone who loves leveraging cutting edge technologies, and enhancing the delivery lifecycle. In this position, the successful candidate will design and automate cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines for various business platforms and have a direct and meaningful impact on the end-user experience.
Must haves:
Experience with Akamai, Apigee, and other CDNs
Demonstrated experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
Demonstrated experience with Windows platforms
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
Programming experience in scripting languages such as Python
Demonstrated experience with Terraform and Terraform script development
Experience integrating with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, or similar
Experience with Continuous integration / delivery management and automation (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Firebase)
Strong communication, collaboration, reporting, and analytical skills
Preferred:
Programming experience in scripting languages such as Python
Programming experience with JS, node.js, and C# is a PLUS
Experience integrating with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, or similar
Adaptable to engage in both development and testing tasks as needed
Experience within an Agile delivery team to iteratively plan and develop products
Education: BS in Information Technology or related field is a plus, but not required
Years experience: 5+ years experience in DevOps, Operations, DBA, or similar field
Salary range/Starting salary: $80,000 - $115,000 or equivalent hourly rate
