Job DescriptionNOW HIRING: BILLING COORDINATOR – POCA, WV United Talent is hiring a Billing Coordinator in the Poca area! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers, billing, and accounts receivable, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Pay: $15.00/hour
Pay may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
1-hour lunch
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage billing activities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Follow up on outstanding balances and help resolve billing issues
- Research and correct billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
- Work with other departments to keep billing and payment processing on track
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional customer-service skills
- Accounts receivable or collections experience preferred
- Previous banking, healthcare, or medical billing experience is a plus
