Job Description: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. This position requires a proactive, professional, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities include sales support, merchandising, inventory handling, and maintaining store standards in alignment with company policies.Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting all customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Actively engage with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain strong product knowledge, promotions, and store initiatives
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, pricing, and organizing inventory
- Support cash register operations and adhere to loss prevention procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, including straightening shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with general upkeep inside and outside (including parking areas)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment
- Assist in warehouse tasks as needed, including pulling and organizing merchandise
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability Climb ladders, move, or handle merchandise 50lbs, work independently, and follow safety precautions.
- High School Diploma effective communication skills and experience with computers
- Previous Retail Sales experience or one-year related experience preferred

The base salary range for this position is $24,960-$29,120, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
