Edmonds Eye is a progressive, nationally recognized ophthalmic medical and surgical practice dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care through advanced technology, clinical expertise, and compassionate service. We are seeking a Patient Concierge who is passionate about patient experience and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, service-oriented, and enjoys working closely with the senior community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone
  • Schedule routine, follow-up, and specialty appointments as needed
  • Serve as a key point of contact, responding to patient and visitor inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Facilitate smooth patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff and communicating delays or updates
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills during challenging patient interactions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Support a positive, efficient front-office experience in a team-based environment

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of general office experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Windows-based systems
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
