The fin® manager plays a vital role in overseeing the shop's daily operations, including the kitchen and café aspects, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, some culinary sense, and a deep understanding of sales and merchandising strategies. The fin manager oversees a team of employees, maintains inventory levels, drives sales, and ensures a positive shopping experience for customers.

Store Manager Responsibilities

1. Supervise and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
2. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, motivation, and employee development.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
4. Maintain inventory levels, including ordering and replenishing merchandise, conducting regular inventory counts, and managing stock levels effectively.
5. Ensure the store is visually appealing and properly merchandised to attract customers and drive sales.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
7. Monitor and enforce store policies, including cash handling procedures, loss prevention measures, and safety protocols.
8. Work with owners and the cook to remain informed about sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to assess store performance and make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
