Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center | Derry, NH $33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a PTA at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. You'll work one-on-one with residents, helping them practice the movements that make daily activities safer and easier.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>
Provide treatment following plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
</li>
<li>
Guide residents through mobility training and therapeutic exercises
</li>
<li>
Observe progress and communicate changes to the PT
</li>
<li>
Document sessions and work with the care team to support residents' goals
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
