2nd Shift Jobs – Machine Operator and Shipping & Receiving (Forklift Operator)

San Marcos, CA (92078) | Monday - Friday | Immediate Start!

We’re hiring for multiple 2nd shift roles for a top manufacturing facility in San Marcos. Long‐term, stable, hands‐on work with a great team culture.

**TRAINING AVAILABLE!**

Open Roles (Monday - Friday) No weekend work required!

• Shipping & Receiving – 2:00PM to 10:30PM / $18.38/hour
• Machine Operator – 3:00PM to 11:30PM / $18.38/hour

What You’ll Do

• Move, scan, load, and stage materials
• Support production flow and inventory accuracy
• Operate or learn to operate a forklift (Shipping & Receiving role only)
• Run heavy machinery (Machine Operator role only)
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Follow safety protocals
