IT & Business Systems Manager (D365)

Job Description

My client is seeking a IT and Business Systems Manager ideally in the Miami, FL area. This role will act as a D365 CE/CRM Solutions Architect in creating roadmaps and have a deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, as well as PowerApps, SQL databases, and API integrations, is essential for optimizing systems, automating workflows, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Hands-on in the architecture of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules, like Customer Engagement, Sales and Marketing
• Power Platform experience, specifically with Power Automate and PowerApps experience; low code, no code
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations and development (C# Plugins and JavaScript) in order to conduct code reviews for developers
• Experience in managing an MSP and near and offshore resources
• Strong experience with SQL and leveraging API
• Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to adhering to established processes with discipline
