Real Estate and Lender Representation law firm based in Orlando, FL. Our firm provides a range of creditor's rights services with emphasis in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Law, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy.
The Legal Administrative Assistant position requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, be adaptable, and a great attitude. Job Descriptions:
Support the legal team by performing a variety of administrative duties and assist in processes that improve efficiency within company operations including, but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls from clients, potential clients, opposing counsel and vendors
- Greet visitors and clients at arrival
- Prepare, proofread and/or format various firm documents and correspondence as requested by the legal staff such as engagement letters and closing letters
- Perform research and data compilation when requested
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management
- Support billing processes, including entering time/costs into firm’s case management system
- Provide general administrative support, including processing incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, copying, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Handle important incoming collateral and maintain file folder
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of one year working in a law firm environment is required.Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department when needed
Compensation:
Compensation package includes partial employer paid health insurance for employee, 3 weeks PTO, and salary commensurate with experience.
