The Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated and hands-on Store Managers to lead our locations across all markets. This is a leadership role where you will take ownership of store performance, team development, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations with accountability and energy
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, shrink, and operational controls
- Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards
- Analyze store performance and implement improvements
- Build a strong, positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of retail, restaurant, or convenience store management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong operational focus
- Comfortable with POS systems and reporting tools
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and market)
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on sales, shrink control, and operational metrics
