Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Construction Foreman to oversee day-to-day field operations for mass grading, road prep, and underground utility installation. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct field crews in daily tasks

  • Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications

  • Help coordinate labor, equipment, and material deliveries

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or lead in civil/site development
