Roles & Responsibilities:
\n
Provide clinical leadership and oversee high-quality client programming and outcomes. The role includes supervising and mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, reviewing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and supporting complex cases. The Senior Lead BCBA will ensure clinical documentation and services meet BACB and regulatory standards while identifying quality improvement opportunities. The position also supports staffing, hiring, onboarding, program development, and collaboration with families and external providers.

Required:

- Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensures in good standing.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a BCBA.
