Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Momence Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Momence, IL. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures

• Conduct regular assessments of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents

• Develop and maintain relationships with family members and healthcare providers

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects

• Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and MS Office Suite
