Job Description
We're currently working with a well-funded, fast-scaling AI company building a highly ambitious product at enterprise scale. They're now looking to add Senior Software Engineers to continue building the product.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain core backend services - Develop robust Python applications that power their AI platform, including API endpoints, background processing, and data pipeline integrations
- Implement AI agent orchestration systems - Build backend infrastructure that coordinates our multi-agent AI architecture to process complex claims workflows
- Design and optimize database systems - Work with PostgreSQL to design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data consistency across our platform
- Integrate with external systems - Build APIs and integrations that connect their platform with insurance carriers, document management systems, and third-party data sources
- Collaborate on system architecture - Work with senior engineers and technical leadership to implement architectural decisions and contribute to system design discussions
The Technology Stack:
- Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django), PostgreSQL, Redis
- Infrastructure: Docker, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes
- AI/ML: Integration with LLM APIs, vector databases, document processing pipelines
- Monitoring: Comprehensive logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
- Frontend: TypeScript/React (you'll build APIs they consume)
