Job Title: Inventory Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly) | Includes Paid Drive & Travel Time!

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Guaranteed Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities

Stock Auditing: Utilize modern handheld scanning tools to perform precise, real-time inventory counts across convenience store and gas station locations.
Complete Store Inspections: Audit stock across customer retail floors, back stockrooms, and cold storage units (walk-in coolers/freezers).
Reporting & Reconciliation: Document inventory metrics, flag stock variances, and review daily audit summaries directly with store management.
Field Mobility: Travel daily with your local team servicing assigned route locations across the Abilene regional area.

Shift & Hours Overview

Morning Schedule: Early morning starts required (exact daily start times depend on client store schedules).
Weekly Hours: Averages 36–42 hours per week (combining active auditing time and paid route drive time).
Transportation: Daily route travel originating out of the central 79601 area.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
Ability to pass background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
Physical capability to stand, bend, stretch, use short stepladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cold storage environments.
Dependable early risers who thrive in an active, team-oriented field environment.
