Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service at a high-standard workplace in McLean, Virginia. This contract position requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and an ability to create meaningful experiences for clients and guests. The role focuses on enhancing engagement, managing workplace services, and maintaining a hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with building access badges and ensure efficient distribution.
• Serve as a central resource for campus information and workplace services, including mailroom operations, parking, conference rooms, and lost-and-found.
• Organize and maintain front desk and lobby areas to uphold a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with facility management and transportation teams to streamline service delivery.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision.
• Anticipate client needs, address concerns, and escalate risks to ensure smooth operations.
• Build strong relationships with employees and guests through proactive engagement and personalized service.
• Support third-party vendor relationships to maximize service outcomes.
• Continuously improve service performance and meet or exceed team and client goals.
• Execute additional duties as assigned while adhering to campus operation schedules.• Proven experience in customer service or concierge roles, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Familiarity with workplace services such as property management, transportation, and conference room operations.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other business tools.
• Capability to identify and resolve issues proactively while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and driving continuous improvement.
