Job Description We are seeking an outgoing and energetic people to join our After School Program team! As a Youth Development Professional (YDP) your top priority will be to ensure the safety of our Club members ages 6-18.&nbsp; YDP's will oversee members activities and facilitate Boys &amp; Girls Club National and local programming.&nbsp; As a YDP you will be responsible for the day to day classroom activities in a busy, nonprofit youth organization.&nbsp; Locations include our Main Clubhouse @ 260 Scott Way, Jennings Creek Elementary and Lost River Elementary. Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Facilitate activities, games, sports, and other outdoor activities</li>
<li>Assist in creating daily and weekly schedules catered to each group of members, their ages, and interests</li>
<li>Monitor members and escort them to various activities and field trips</li>
<li>Provide fun learning opportunities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Set up, take down, and maintain Club equipment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Must pass a background check</li>
<li>Previous experience working with children</li>
<li>Organized and responsible</li>
<li>Ability to work with a team</li>
</ul>
Hours are between 2:00-6:00 p.m. approximately 20 hours per week beginning August 2026. &nbsp;
