Audi Richfield is currently seeking a service department BDC/customer relations person for our dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Manage and track all customer service appointments</li>
<li>Ensure all missed appointments are followed up with in a timely manner</li>
<li>Provide assistance and support to the service advisors and manager</li>
<li>Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary</li>
</ul>
