Audi Richfield is currently seeking a service department BDC/customer relations person for our dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and track all customer service appointments
- Ensure all missed appointments are followed up with in a timely manner
- Provide assistance and support to the service advisors and manager
- Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
