Established (35+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Estate Planning Attorney for Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation in Tampa, FloridaAn established firm based in Tampa, Florida with over 35+ years in practice is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. The Estate Planning Attorney will focus on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and wealth transfer planning, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated planning strategies while collaborating closely with other practice groups.

Salary range: $140,000-$190,000+

Qualifications
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
Experience drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced wealth transfer documents
Strong understanding of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
Ability to manage complex client matters with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and ancillary instruments
Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer and asset protection strategies
Handle trust administration and probate matters from inception through resolution
Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to support comprehensive client solutions
Maintain direct client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel
Stay current on changes in estate, tax, and trust law impacting client planning - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
