Job DescriptionDescriptionSeeking a responsible and reliable pet resort PM Shift Lead for our busy pet resort.
Previous manager level responsibilities required (for example: key holder, team lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc.)
Applicant should have a basic understanding of animal behavior and be comfortable with dogs of all sizes.
Weekend and Holiday availability is a must.

In addition to daily kennel assistant duties such as cleaning cages, feeding, walking, and caring for dogs and cats, bathing dogs and cats, maintaining cleanliness of facility and overseeing doggie day camp; the AM Shift Lead’s responsibilities also include (but are not limited to)

• Managing all aspects of morning operations of boarding facility to ensure proper care and opening of Doggie Day Camp and boarding buildings.
• Directly supervising a team of 4-6 employees
• Strong communication skills with team and with other department
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve in stressful situations
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
