Pay Rate: $23–$26/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team in Washington, DC. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, resident relations, and delivering exceptional service. The Leasing Associate will play a key role in supporting leasing operations, conducting property tours, and assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and information about available units and amenities.

  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident communications.

  • Support marketing efforts, including online listings and promotional events.

  • Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

  • Stay informed about local market trends and competitor properties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in property management software is a plus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in real estate or business is a plus.
