Pay Rate: $23–$26/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team in Washington, DC. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, resident relations, and delivering exceptional service. The Leasing Associate will play a key role in supporting leasing operations, conducting property tours, and assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and information about available units and amenities.

Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements.

Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident communications.

Support marketing efforts, including online listings and promotional events.

Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Stay informed about local market trends and competitor properties.
Qualifications:

Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in property management software is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in real estate or business is a plus.
