Job Overview:
The Childcare Level 3 Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the daycare facility while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for all children. This role provides administrative leadership, assists with staff supervision, helps maintain licensing and regulatory compliance, and supports the implementation of quality childcare programming. The Level 3 Administrator works closely with teaching staff to promote strong communication with families, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure the center operates efficiently and professionally.

This position requires strong organization, leadership, and childcare knowledge, along with the ability to mange multiple priorities while maintain a warm and supportive presence for children, families, and staff.

Experience Required:
- Higher education teaching experience in early childhood education or related field
- Experience as a current Level III Administrator

Skills Required:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
