AHL HealthCare Group (AHL) is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Property Management Director to oversee all of our properties across the state of Minnesota; this role will manage the system of properties and maintenance of all CPP Properties and AHL properties.
AHL proudly specializes in various health care services that serve disabled and aging adults. This role will office out of our downtown Duluth corporate office, but will also oversee properties and personnel in our Metro and Metro West divisions. Responsibilities:
- Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
- Drawing up and negotiating leases
- Assists billing in collecting deposits and rent
- Serves as the contact for all tenant complaints & enforcing rules of occupancy
- Point person for all rental licensing requirements
- Makes purchases and tracks accordingly
- Reviews all invoices related to maintenance of properties
- Supervise maintenance and construction personnel
- Conduct spot checks on projects as needed
- Establish and maintain record of each property
- Oversee vehicle fleet and maintenance of this fleet
- Fill in for maintenance/construction duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Other Details:
- 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday typical schedule
- On-call/weekend availability as needed
- Must be able to travel down to our Metro and Metro West divisions as needed
Compensation:
- $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- 3+ years of related property management experience
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
- Driver's license, insurance & clean MVR check
