Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed oriented System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various tools and platforms for a range of federal and commercial clients. This role includes providing technical support, conducting system health assessments, and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements. This role handles all aspects from installation to troubleshooting and upgrades.
Required:

- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of dealing with conflicting priorities with ease.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely.
- Ability to assess customer and technology needs/requirements and develop solutions to meet them.
- Experience with Installation and configuration of software on Windows Server Platforms
- Experience providing network and computer support services to small and medium sized businesses.
- Experience with Active Directory, Domain and Group Policy Administration, and Windows network administration.
- Experience with workstation/server software security dealing with vulnerability assessment and remediation.
- Ability to come up to speed on new technologies quickly
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required
Preferred:
- Customer Service Focused - the ability to deliver sustained high performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work well under pressure with differing levels of Management.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and communications.
- Ability to break down complex tasks and explain solutions.
- Knowledge of Software discovery tools (i.e., BDNA, ADDM, SCCM, etc.)
- Knowledge of Software deployment tools (i.e., SCCM, AppV, Citrix Virtual Apps, etc)
- Knowledge of Server Virtualization technologies (i.e., HyperV, Azure, AWS, VMWare, etc).
- Experience in Relational databases and SQL is a plus.
- Experience with Flexera FlexNet Manager, App Portal, and/or Data Platform.
- Experience with other enterprise software asset management tool is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Experience in security vulnerability assessment and remediation using industry standard tools to analyze IAVM/CVE/STIG findings.

- Regular communication.
- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
Salary Range:
- 80K-100K
- The final salary can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, educational background, and certifications.
