Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Temporary Legal Assistant to support attorneys at a well-established law firm in Naples, FL. This is a project-based assignment expected to last approximately 4 to 5 months, and the role requires full onsite presence throughout the engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with trusts and estate matters and general legal support duties.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with daily administrative and legal tasks including case file management, correspondence, and document organization.
• Assist with T&E processes, including reviewing, submitting, and reconciling travel and expense reports.
• Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents and correspondence as needed.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate with internal staff and external contacts.
• Handle phone and email communications professionally.
• Support attorneys with special projects or other assignments as requested.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or similar legal administrative role preferred.
• Experience with travel and expense reporting strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced temporary assignment.
