Job Description

Manage scope of work and changes in scope, designers, trade partners, and maintain a focus on the projected cycle time to reach the committed timelines for 100% completion of the project.
Ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations
Manage scope of work and changes in scope, assigned construction manager, trade partners, and maintain a focus on the projected cycle time to reach the committed timelines for 100% completion of the project.
The PM provides overall management of the disciplines of budget, schedule, and quality control of the project. Including scheduling all subcontractors.
On-site presents for inspections.
Will be responsible for communication and coordination with the clients, company management, designers, trade partners and vendors.
Daily site visits of the project to ensure that trade partners are building/working according to plans, specifications, cleanliness and schedule, while also having a focus on the quality of the buildout.
Must implement C/O’s in Job Tread for client’s approval prior to work being performed to protect Employer. Once approved by the client send Invoice for 100% payment of the C/O.
Ensure each project is completed defect free, and per applicable building codes.
Pick up materials and Home Depot runs to support the infield team & Trade Partners.
Correspond with the Clients via Job Tread on Mondays to ensure the clients know the “Tentative” goal for work on site for the week.
Perform project site material checks ensuring all materials are on site and match the materials specification list.
Coordinate with purchaser material acquisition. Confirm all materials are in the warehouse, and coordinate pick up of the materials that need supplier pickup.
