This job is for FULL TIME POSITION on SECOND SHIFT (1:00 PM to 11:30PM) MONDAY, TUESDAY, and THURSDAY, FRIDAY (OFF ON WEDNESDAY).

Laser Precise, Inc. is a METAL FABRICATION business that is located in KNOXVILLE, TN that has been in business since 1990. We are looking for a SECOND SHIFT employee that has PRESS BRAKE EXPERIENCE (bending metal), and/or fabrication experience. This job is for running production parts on our press brake in our fabrication shop. This job could also require other task, such as deburring / de-tabbing parts, boxing parts, wrapping skids, cleaning up and inspecting parts with calipers, sweeping the floors....basically whatever is needed to get the job done. Training will be provided for our processes and equipment. We need a person with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and STRONG WORK ETHIC and someone that values:

LPI is a job shop. This position is for a person who likes consistency. You will be out on the shop floor working with your hands and press brakes every day, producing the same product each day.

Pay is dependent upon skill & experience.

THIS IS FOR A SECOND SHIFT - FULL TIME JOB w/ benefits after the 90 day temp period.

LPI offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance. LPI pays the majority of medical and dental insurance, and 100% of life insurance after ~3 months. Employees pay for vision.

All full time employees begin accruing vacation time after completion of the ninety (90) day probationary period. LPI offers 12 personal days (6 sick and 6 vacation) per year. After 2 years, we offer 18 personal days (6 sick, and 12 vacation), and after 5 years we offer 24 personal days (6 sick and 18 vacation).

LPI pays full time employees for 9 holidays each year.

LPI has also paid full time employees year-end bonuses for the last 14 years. This bonus has averaged more than 100 hours the last 6 years! NOTE: This is not guaranteed - it is based on how the company performs throughout the calendar year.
