Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Recent experience in school-based settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions to students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in both group and individual formats
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and provide staff training and consultation as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphere for student success
