The selected professional will provide comprehensive therapy and evaluation services for a diverse caseload, serving students across grade levels. Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Florida (or eligibility prior to start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with K–12 students of varying needs and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services onsite
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Consult with teachers, parents, and team members to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication disorders
- Adapt therapy approaches to best fit each student’s unique profile
