Job Summary
Seeking a Lab Technician to support R&D and manufacturing through laboratory testing, sample preparation, experiments, data analysis, and equipment troubleshooting involving gypsum, insulation, and ceiling products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and test material samples according to established procedures.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and document results.
- Collect, analyze, and report laboratory data.
- Perform basic statistical analysis using Excel.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Maintain laboratory safety, 5S, and inventory standards.
- Prepare accurate laboratory reports and documentation.
- Follow company SOPs, HSE requirements, and applicable testing standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3–4 years of chemical laboratory experience, OR an Associate Degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior laboratory experience required; co-op/internship experience is acceptable.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, HSE, and safety practices.
- Basic statistical/data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable working with chemicals, laboratory equipment, power tools, and basic machinery.
- No Bachelor's degree (Profile get rejected if candidate have bachelors)
Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
