33 Unit Condo in SOHO. Full Door & Bldg. Staff. Manage a staff of 8.
Maintain Building Mechanicals which include 3 Boilers, HVAC system, Roof Deck and 2 PE’s and Roof Tank for Sprinkler Prevention.
Oversee all Interior renovations by outside vendors.
Attention to detail with all finishes on walls, floors and outside Brass.
Fill in for front desk staff when on breaks. Ensure that the front entrance is up to par. Sidewalks are hosed down.
Ensure Customer Service is maintained at all times.
Be available for emergencies and snow removal, if needed.
