Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 7+ years in technical leadership roles
• Expert in Python and Ruby on Rails - Must have

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics
• Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy standards
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Experience mentoring teams and influencing product direction
• Bonus: Experience with recommendation systems, publishing technical content, or speaking at conferences
