We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and user-centric digital experiences for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards
- Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments
- Present design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback
- Maintain design systems and documentation
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and UI/UX design tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
