Assist with census growth, admissions, and community relationships

Help maintain a positive, accountable, team-focused culture

Serve as a visible leadership presence for residents, families, and employees
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
-
Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused
-
Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
-
A strong communicator who can work effectively with multiple departments
-
Able to prioritize in a fast-moving healthcare environment
-
Interested in learning the operational and regulatory side of skilled nursing
-
Willing to be visible, involved, and present throughout the facility
-
Passionate about building strong teams and creating a great resident experience
Previous skilled nursing, healthcare operations, department leadership, or management experience is strongly preferred.
A current Nursing Home Administrator license, Administrator-in-Training experience, or interest in pursuing nursing home administration is a plus.
Why Join Us?
This is not a position where you sit behind a desk all day. You will be involved in the operation, learn alongside experienced leaders, and have the opportunity to build the skills needed to advance your career in long-term care leadership.
If you are someone who sees a problem and thinks “How can I help fix it?” instead of waiting for someone else to take care of it, we would love to meet you.
Apply today and come grow with our team.
