MIG/TIG Welder – 1st and 2nd Shift
Location: Berea, Ohio
Pay: $22–$40 per hour, based on skills and experience
Schedule: Full-time; minimum 48 hours per week, with required overtime
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000, based on experience

PrideStaff is recruiting experienced MIG/TIG Welders for a manufacturing client in Berea. These opportunities are suited to welders who take pride in accurate fit-up, quality workmanship, and the ability to work from blueprints.
Both MIG and TIG welding experience are required.
Available opportunities
- 1st Shift – Master Welder: At least 10 years of proven professional welding experience.
- 2nd Shift – Experienced Welder: At least 3 years of professional welding experience.
Candidates for either shift must meet the core MIG/TIG requirements and be available to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Perform MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding in flat, horizontal, and overhead positions.
- Read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols to complete welding and fit-up work accurately.
- Use a tape measure and precision measuring tools. Convert fractions to decimals, measure angles, and perform practical shop math.
- Work independently and with the production team while meeting quality, safety, and production expectations.
- Experience welding stainless steel, nickel alloys, or other specialty metals is preferred.

Work environment
This position involves extended standing and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing facility without air conditioning. Pre-employment background screening and drug testing are required.
