- Work with developers to implement compliant UX/UI, alt text, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and ARIA standards.
- Stay current on ecommerce compliance best practices (ADA, privacy, cookies, GDPR/CCPA where applicable).
- Partner with legal and leadership on risk mitigation.
Inventory, OMS, & POS Integration
- Oversee inventory accuracy and synchronization across ecommerce, Shopify POS, warehouses, and retail locations.
- Ensure smooth operation of Shopify POS, including hardware, permissions, and workflows.
- Support merchandising and operations teams with product setup, variants, pricing, and availability logic.

- Evaluate and implement inventory, OMS, or ERP improvements as the business scales.
Customer Service & Experience Integrations

- Partner with marketing and leadership on conversion optimization and site performance insights.
- Validate tracking for campaigns, promotions, and new features.
- Monitor KPIs related to site health, checkout performance, and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the technical point of contact for marketing, merchandising, operations, and finance.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Educate non-technical team members on platform capabilities and limitations.
- Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical effort.
Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the ecommerce technical roadmap in partnership with leadership.
