We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven KBB Call Center Vehicle Acquisition Agent to handle Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer leads. This role focuses on contacting customers who are interested in selling their vehicle, building value in the process, and setting in store appraisal appointments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys phone‑based sales, customer interaction, and working in a fast paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from KBB Instant Cash Offer leads
- Contact customers promptly to discuss their vehicle offer
- Build rapport and explain the vehicle acquisition process clearly
- Confirm vehicle details and customer availability
- Schedule in store appraisal appointments for the acquisition team
- Maintain consistent follow up via phone, text, and email
- Update and document all interactions in the CRM
- Meet daily and monthly appointment goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive, BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable working with call volume and follow ups
- Professional and customer focused attitude
- Ability to use CRM systems and basic computer tools
- Reliable, punctual, and self motivated
