* Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files
* Schedule client meetings, court dates, and appointments
* Assist with client intake and maintain client records
* File documents with courts (electronic and physical filing)
* Conduct basic legal research under staff supervision
* Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients and court personnel
* Track deadlines and update case management systems
