Job DescriptionAssistant Project Manager

We have been recognized in construction for 30 years now and have had a major presence in Texas. We are continuously looking to grow our brand and we are constantly bidding on some of the top projects in the commercial sector. We are looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Friendswood, TX! If you are an Project Engineer and think you're ready to make the jump to APM, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for experience in Commercial, Healthcare or Manufacturing & Distribution.

What you will do:

  • Healthcare, Commercial and Manufacturing & Distribution new Construction Projects
  • Some tenant improvements
  • Manage projects from start to finish
  • Work side by side with job site crews and Project Managers
  • Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
  • Work with clients so projects meet their needs

What you need:

  • 1+ year as an Assistant Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
  • 1+ years of Commercial Experience
  • BS in Construction Management
