We are seeking servers to become an integral part of our team at The Rouge Wine & Bourbon Bistro. If you are passionate about food, wine, bourbon, and whiskey (we have one of the most exclusive collections in the State) and great hospitality, we would like to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and make all guests feel welcome in our gorgeous 1920's inspired venue
- Obtain and retain knowledge about our food and beverage program
- Upsell culinary and beverage offerings and deliver to the guests
- Respond to guest inquiries for their culinary & beverage needs and requests in a timely fashion
- Anticipate guest's needs to create a seamless experience
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in semi-fine dining atmosphere
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
