Organic Air clients most appreciate us for our holistic, biology-based approach to tree health that is not reliant on toxic chemicals as the foundation of our treatment programs. In addition, we use specialized Air Tools to remediate soil and root-related disorders, often involving pruning of roots and soil fracturing.

During the introductory period, tasks will be focused on learning about our tree application methods as an assistant to the primary Plant Health Care Technician in the truck. Responsibilities will include assisting in filling and mixing the spray trucks in the morning, managing the spray hose across multiple properties each day, applying our products to the trees, both as foliar sprays and directly to the soil. We are arborists, but we do not prune, remove or install plants. We care for them and advise our clients on proper care techniques.

The applicant will be expected to progress into a lead technician role. Thus, ability to work independently, critical thinking skills, and technical aptitude are essential. Experience driving large vehicles is preferred but not mandatory. No CDL required. Good client interaction skills are a necessity. A background in Arboriculture or in the Green Industries is desirable. Our services are almost exclusively organic, but on occasion, chemical pesticides may be used.
