The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population.

Schedule: Full-Time | Employed Urology Position
Practice : Primarily Outpatient, with Inpatient Coverage
Position Highlights
- Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
- State-of-the-art facilities and technology with integrated Epic EMR
- Opportunities for leadership, teaching and clinical research
- Priority OR block time for the Urologic Department, with access to:
- da Vinci 5 robotic platform &
- da Vinci Xi for cross-system support
- Potential PSLF eligibility for qualified physicians

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Experienced physicians and new graduates welcome
- J-1 Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Incentives
- Base compensation: $750,000 year-one income guarantee
- Generous sign-on and relocation assistance
- 5%+ annual quality bonus based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
