Electrical Test Technician

Job Description

Job Description We are hiring for an electrical test technician to join our team on a temporary basis. 1st shift, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday $21-$22/hr
Role and Responsibilities
-Assist in testing and analysis for electronics and other electrical projects based on defined testing procedures
-Build testing setups for electrical and electronics projects
-Organize and structure data in appropriate formats
-Maintain and deliver on testing schedule
-Ability to work in a dynamic setting where project length can vary from short to long term
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-Product development experiences – 0-2 years
-Associate of Science in electrical engineering technology or other related engineering degree – 0-5 years’ experience
-Test equipment knowledge with oscilloscopes, AC/DC power sources, multimeters, wattmeters and other components
-Experience with lab work, or relevant projects
-Familiarity with using electrical testing and measurement equipment
-Knowledge of high voltage electrical safety requirements
-Familiarity with testing LED drivers, LED lights – preferred
-Experience with writing technical reports and performing technical analysis
