Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license for Michigan
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted
  • Experience within school settings or pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Deliver services in both individual and group formats
  • Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation of all services rendered
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
