Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license for Michigan
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted
- Experience within school settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Deliver services in both individual and group formats
- Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation of all services rendered
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
