???? What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure high performance and growth
- Implement and manage workplace technology strategies that enhance productivity
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and system issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement timely solutions
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for best value and service
- Oversee departmental budgeting and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards
- Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation
???? What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in IT
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Exchange administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management
- A proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset
