Continuous Improvement Manager | Norton Shores, MI
Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Norton Shores seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting problem-solving and proactive engagement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics in manufacturing
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach CI professionals
