A highly regarded Sacramento-based law firm with one of California’s leading real estate and business practices is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join their accomplished team. The group handles sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactions throughout the state.
 
Qualifications:

<li>California Bar License (in good standing)</li>
<li>1–4 years of legal experience in real estate or business transactions</li>
<li>Strong academic record and excellent writing and analytical skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated commitment to client service</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work</li>
<li>Sound judgment, initiative, and collaborative team orientation</li>
</ul>
