Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical Duties:
\n

- Operate, set-up, and trouble shoot flexographic printing presses and auxiliary equipment, all in accordance with production standards and productivity goals. Including: utilization of product specs (copy card), changing plates, cylinders, and dies.

Maintenance:
\n
- \n
- Maintain machines by performing basic maintenance including lubricants, replace minor parts, and requests major maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain work area utilizing 5S methods.
- Report machine and equipment malfunctions immediately to the group leader, maintenance and/or supervisor.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Cross-train and work multiple press lines and equipment as needed.

Quality Control:

- \n
- Follow all quality inspection plans. This involves measuring, checking, and testing various processes and product parameters. Meet established goals for material scrap and yield.

Qualification:
\n
Associates degree ( or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
