Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in North Carolina personal injury law. This is a hands-on role for a trial-ready litigator who’s passionate about advocacy and driven to deliver real results for injured clients. Associate Trial Attorney - What You'll Do

  • Represent personal injury clients in District and Superior Court throughout all stages of litigation
  • Handle pleadings, discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation
  • Analyze case details to assess liability, damages, and legal strategy
  • Conduct depositions, manage expert collaboration, and oversee discovery
  • Draft persuasive legal briefs and deliver effective courtroom arguments
  • Communicate with clients throughout the litigation process with clarity and empathy
  • Identify opportunities to enhance litigation workflows and increase team efficiency

Associate Trial Attorney - Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
  • 2+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in North Carolina
  • Admission to the South Carolina Bar is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage a litigation docket independently
  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
  • Client-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Courtroom confidence and strategic legal thinking
