Movonex is hiring 2–3 experienced Freight dispatchers to teach inside our training community. If you can explain clearly and hold a Zoom room with confidence, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver 3 live Zoom classes per week for our community

• Teach the core dispatching skills: load boards, booking loads, negotiations, workflow, paperwork

• Follow our curriculum and help us build out missing lessons

• Record short Loom videos with clean audio and lighting

• Work with our team to keep the program simple, clear, and easy to follow

Ideal Class Schedule

• 3 classes weekly

• 45–75 minutes per class (60 minutes is ideal)

• Teach → answer questions → wrap up

• Valuable but not overwhelming

Payment Options

We’re offering flexible compensation depending on skill and experience:

Hourly Rate (based on class length):

• $100–$250 per hour
  (Most classes are 45–75 minutes)

Additional Compensation:

• Flat-rate pay for recorded lessons or modules

• Optional 5–15% revenue share for top instructors who contribute consistently

• Revenue share is not required and offered based on performance + involvement

Requirements

• Dispatching experience

• Clear communication

• Comfortable running Zoom classes

• Professional presentation and good lighting

• Capable of recording Loom or screen-share videos

• Consistent weekly schedule

• Basic tech setup (laptop + WiFi + camera + mic)

Teaching experience is a plus but not required if you can explain clearly.
